The program automatically detects your camera lens type and focal length used for shooting. In addition all perspective and focal distortions are calculated and corrected automatically during the panorama creation process. You can achieve some pretty impressive results even when the photos overlap with as little as 2% of an image area according to the developers.
The program comes with a straightforward 100% visual wizard-based interface and creating the panorama takes 3 steps - load your images into the application, place them in the correct order and then preview and save the resulting panorama optimized for your needs. You can save the results in several formats from JPEG to even Quicktime movie format.
This is a really powerful program although it cannot really equal the quality you get from taking genuine panoramic shots on a camera.
